Hey, I’m Dave
In 2018, I started a burnout recovery & stress management psychotherapy clinic, and as a community quickly formed, offered a complete recovery program called, The 1:1 Burnout Solution.
Following a successful launch, I founded Stress Wise, a workplace wellbeing consultancy, that supports leaders in high-pressure industries cope with the rising trends of burnout.
As a BACP-registered psychotherapist, I am now seeing clients in my online private practice, while collaborating with clinics and businesses across London.
Currently living happily in London with my family, my goal remains to continue spreading burnout awareness while helping as many sufferers as possible.
